Damaged or defective on arrival
If your paddle arrives damaged, defective or not as described, email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping both ways.
Problems after 30 days
Paddle warranties are set by each manufacturer and differ by brand, model and how the paddle was bought. Tell us what happened and we'll explain your options and what the manufacturer needs from you.
What isn't a defect
- Normal wear, such as grit or texture wearing down, edge guard scuffs and grip wear.
- Damage from impact with the court, fences, posts or another paddle.
- Changes from customizing, such as added weight, tape or a new grip.
- Damage from heat, such as a paddle left in a hot car.
Tournament approval
Approval for USA Pickleball and other sanctioning bodies is listed in each paddle's specs as the brand publishes it. Approvals can change, so check the current approved list before a sanctioned event.
